I’d be remiss not to give a shout-out to some of the most important people in my journey as a photographer. I’ve always had an interest in photography, but it wasn’t until I became a mom that I finally decided to pursue photography as a hobby and then, eventually, in a professional capacity. Like for so many parents, every milestone my children met was bittersweet. I was so proud of them and, yet, a little sad that they were growing up so quickly… too quickly. I can’t slow time, and I can’t truly stop time, but with my camera I can hold certain moments still within a frame. Every moment captured is linked to a memory or collection of memories. Every picture tells a story. So here is a shout-out to my 4 beautiful, smart, amazing kids. Thank you for making me a mom, for making me a better person, for being my inspiration; thank you for being you. Love you to pieces.
